Your membership gives you 30 days of unlimited daily access** to:

- XCRYO localized cryotherapy treatments
- Infrared Salt Sauna with red light

Each membership period lasts 30 days from the date you sign up. It automatically renews every 30 days unless you pause or cancel.
Yes! You can pause your membership at any time.
- While paused, you still have full access until the end of your current prepaid 30-day cycle.
- If you don’t resume, your membership will simply not renew after that cycle ends—no extra charges.
If you resume before your current cycle ends, your next payment will process on your normal billing date. Nothing changes with your schedule.
Since memberships are prepaid for 30 days, pausing works the same as canceling—your access continues through the end of the paid cycle, and you won’t be charged again unless you restart. Your answer here
